Training Kit Recommendations

Looking to buy new training kit but don’t know where to look or which brands are best?

Here’s a quick list of my favourite brands and kit recommendations.

Lifting Belts:

There are 2 types of belt; Lever Belts (hard belts) & Weightlifting Belts (soft belts). So make sure you know which type of belt you are looking for.

  • Lever/Hard belts: These have a mental lever or buckle. Good for: compound lifts (squats/deadlifts). Support: Heavy

  • Soft belts: These have a Velcro strap. Good for: Olympic Weightlifting & compound lifts. Support: Medium
